Mike Lise - Director, Project Governance and Risk Management

Enterprise Wide is pleased to announce that Mike Lisle has been appointed to a new role as Director, Project Governance and Risk Management.

Mike has been with us for about 18 months and has recently been promoted to this significant position that will add real oversight muscle to our team.

An ultra-experienced Program Director, Mike’s expertise lies in delivering complex, multinational IT system transformations covering strategy definition, full implementation lifecycles, international template roll out and greenfield implementations. He is an authority in implementation advisory services, business change, quality assurance, governance and risk assessment, with experience working for PwC, IBM, SAP and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for internationally renowned brands such as Nike, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Marks and Spencer, Bally, Boots UK and Harvey Norman.

Mike will be responsible for overseeing project governance and risk across Enterprise Wide’s large and complex projects. He will work closely with our customers, project managers and delivery teams to ensure that projects are governed appropriately, risk is managed and ultimately that project targets are met.
