The STA ITSM Connector for SAP Applications is a SAP-certified add-on that allows SAP users to create tickets in their existing ITSM platform directly from the SAP user interface. Support tickets created from the SAP user interface have all incident fields populated automatically based on defined rules. All SAP details are added to the incidents as attachments. The connector works with any ITSM platform.
The ITSM Connector for SAP Applications works with SAP GUI, Web dynpro (eg SAP NWBC), Fiori apps, and can also be used to create tickets from SAP Solution Manager alerts.
